Eggs and asparagus on toast


a bunch of asparagus
2 eggs over easy
2 slices of toast with cheese and/or butter
salt and pepper to taste
optional bacon

Make baked bacon in oven. 400 degrees F. 17-20 mins

Saute asparagus in a pan with a little butter. remove from pan and set aside.
cook eggs over easy. salt and pepper to taste.
Start toast when you start eggs so they'll finish at the same time.
    *add cheese to bread and toast or just butter when toast is done.
Place 2 slices of toast side by side on a plate. Arrange bacon on toast. Layer asparagus on top of the bacon. Carefully place eggs on top of asparagus.
